Sanibel Siesta is a quiet, family friendly beachfront resort where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life – a place to relax while enjoying a picture postcard view of breezy palms, blossoming tropical flora and pristine white beaches.
When you reserve a condo with us, you are reserving a particular unit. Your total balance includes rent, a $50 booking fee, and 11.5% sales tax. We require a down payment at time of booking of $500 per week or partial week, and the balance is due at arrival. There are no refunds for early departure. Minimum age of primary renter: 23.
We require written notice at least 60 days from date of arrival for a full refund less an administrative fee of $50 per week plus 11.5% sales tax (minimum $50). Cancellations made less than 60 days to arrival will result in forfeiture of $500 per week deposit plus 11.5% sales tax. Travel insurance is available for purchase through this office. Ask for more information.
All our units are privately owned two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums and are furnished according to the owner’s taste. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, two full bathrooms and at least one screened balcony. So you’ll not miss any news or great sporting events, there is a flat-screen TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. And for those of you that like to spend time on the beach, we provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella with each condo.
As a courtesy, each unit is supplied with a starter set of paper goods, soaps and coffee that should be good for your first few days. If you staying with us for an extended period of time, you may want to pick up some additional paper towels, toilet paper and soap or shampoo, plus the ever important coffee to get you through the rest of your stay.
No, we depend on our guests to keep their unit in good condition. Each condo is supplied with clean towels and linens. For those guests staying 7 nights or longer, we offer a free linen exchange where you can turn in your dirty towels and sheets for clean. When you are ready to depart, we ask only that you take out your trash, start the dishwasher and return the keys to our office.
Each condo will sleep at least four, and most will sleep up to six. Rates are based on four persons. Extra guests age 6 and up are $20 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is six.
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The password can be found in the Guest Services Directory in the condo.
Yes, there are four laundry rooms on the property with coin-operated machines. We keep change in the office, along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for purchase.

A variety of shells can be found anywhere on Sanibel beaches, but some seem to attract more shells than others. Our beach is a good place to start, but you can always ask us for directions to some of the more popular shelling beaches.
Sanibel and Captiva Islands offer something for everyone! Primarily known for shelling, boating and biking, there is also a plethora of boutique and souvenir shops, fabulous seafood restaurants and sightseeing tours. The star attraction on Sanibel is the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge where you can wander through a wonderful museum-like visitor center, then drive, bike or take a tram tour along the refuge trail to see birds and wildlife in their native habitat.
