Sanibel Siesta Reservations Information

• All of our condominiums are private residences and reflect the personal taste of their owners.
  
• Three night minimum stay required per unit. [7 days minimum in winter season]
  
• Other minimums may apply during Holiday Season.
  
• Rates are based on 4 persons. Extra guests are an additional $20.00 per night per person. Maximum occupancy 6 persons no additional charge for children under 5).
  
• A minimum $500 deposit is required for a 3-7 day reservation. An additional $500 is required for each additional week(or part week)beyond the first.
  
  
• Deposit will be forfeited unless written notice, fax or E-mail of cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancellation notice: 60 days written notice is required prior to arrival date for a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50.00 per week-minimum of $50.00). Notice of cancellation received less than 60 days prior to arrival will not receive a deposit refund.
• Credits or refunds will not be given to early departures.
  
• Payment may be made by personal checks, money order, travelers check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
  
• 5% Discount for rentals of 4 consecutive weeks or more. (Excluding all other discounts.)
  
• 10% Discount for rentals of 8 consecutive weeks or more. (Excluding all other discounts.)
  
• On-site linen & towel exchange is available. Laundry facilities are available on premises.
  
• Buildings 1 & 2 are 4 stories and have an elevator & ramp.
  
• Buildings 3-4-5-6-7-8 have enclosed garages on the ground level, with condominiums on the two levels above.
  
• All rates subject to change without notice.
  
• 11% Tax Not Included
